• You must be a Active Member of either these two Forums: Equus Sims or Equisim Alliance. You must pre-pay me before I create your horse. (Same goes for if you're paying on Deviant Art)

• The Horse in general must stay the same - the only thing that can change is shape of the mane and tail. I will not allow any changes to the horse, I spent my time making it and I want it to stay looking the same.

• The LREC prefix must stay with the horse for as long as it lives.

• If you stay unactive with this horses for more than 5 months I have the right to reclaim the horse.

• If you no longer want the horse, either you don't have room for a Retired Horse or you no longer want it generally, please Contact Me and let me know this.

• If I know you via FB or some other way, state in the form who you are, please :)

• You must send me a picture of the horse you want to be made, its age, its breed, its gender, and its name.
