Rules and Regulations:

• Only horses that are listed below are Available for lease.

• Leased Horses can (and are asked) to be showed.

• If there is no activity with these Horses we have the right to reclaim them.

• Once the Lease has finshed, the must be deleted from your game.

• If info on the horses state they have not proven their clear disicpline, you may switch the disicpline they are currently training in. This only can happen if this is stated in their information.

• If you are showing your horse well and caring for it appropriately we may extend your lease by a chosen amount of months.

• All Leases begin with 4 Months.

• If you recieve a Stallion then you may use it for Stud, but you must notify me first. 20% of the income you recieve from the Stallion via breeding (if the Breeder pays for the offspring) must go to LREC.

• If you recieve a Mare for Leasing that has a discipline set that you cannot change, you may not use it for breeding and stud purposes. If you recieve a Mare without a set discipline then notify me first, and once again if the breeder pays for the offspring then 20% of the income must come to me.

• If you want to end the lease please notify me and we can arrange this, also, if you want a lease-time shorter than 3 months (1 year ES time) we can arrange this also.

What do I get from Leasing?

​

All money you make using this horse in competitions belongs to you, the rider is partially the reason why the horse competed successfully. If you make a certian number of Points from your LREC lease horse then you recieve certain amounts of bonus's to how long you get to keep the horse or you recieve Money from LREC:

• 10 Points - 10 days added to the Lease

​

• 20 Points -  20 days added to the Lease

​

• 30 Points - 40 days added to the Lease

​

• 50 Points - $500 and another 10 days added to the Lease

​

• 70 Points - $100 and another 15 days added to the Lease

​

• 100 Points - $250 and another 18 days added to the Lease

​
